At Isha Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
• To cancel an order, please contact us on WhatsApp or call us at +91 9323007836 with your order details.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
• An unboxing video is recommended as it helps us process damage claims faster.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Exchange requests for size issues will be accepted subject to stock availability. Shipping charges for size exchanges may be borne by the customer.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• In case of cancelled orders (before shipping), the full amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper care are not eligible for return.
